DGM IB (Spare Parts Operations)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Spare Parts Operations Management:

• Oversee the complete spare parts supply chain for export markets from order receipt to dispatch and delivery.
• Ensure accurate demand forecasting, order processing, and inventory management for all assigned regions.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with production, planning, and logistics teams for replenishments.
• Streamline systems for efficient order fulfillment and parts traceability.
  

2. International Business Coordination:

• Independently manage spare parts operations for Hoshiarpur, Netherlands, and ROW markets.
• Coordinate with overseas subsidiaries, distributors, and country managers for order execution and support.
• Ensure compliance with export procedures, documentation, and country-specific requirements.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, CHA, and logistics partners to ensure timely shipments and cost-effective transport.
  

3. Process Improvement & Strategy:

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, and cost reduction in spare parts supply chain.
• Contribute to long-term strategy for expanding the spare parts business in international markets.
  

4. Financial & Performance Monitoring:

• Track key KPIs including order fill rate, inventory turnover, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor operating costs and budgets related to spare parts operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and audit requirements.
  

5. Team Leadership:

• Lead and mentor the team handling export documentation, order management, and logistics.
• Foster cross-functional coordination between IB, plant, and warehouse teams.
