Key Responsibilities: Responsible for Employee Lifecycle Management, PMS, Rewards & Recognition, Comp & Ben and Employee Engagement and Recruitment. Handling Plant HR Functions - End to End HR. Handling onboarding of Employees to Exits. Employee engagement, Learning and Development, etc.- Partner with Corporate HR for smooth and timely execution of specific HR related matters, data management and query resolution in order to drive process efficiency and provide One experience to all employees. Assessing and simplifying the current internal HR processes. Employee Life Cycle Management. Driving change management while implementing HR projects. Demonstrate tangible cost saving / process efficiencies and improvement, in areas that effect HR operations (internal / external) covering all employee life cycle processes. Position Location HR as a partner by strengthening interfaces with stakeholders across all departments, resolving queries and delivering on key processes/ transactions as per the defined mandate Understanding the importance of and able to leverage the value of technology, data and analytics to identify and achieve HR goals. Drive high performance standards throughout the teams measuring effectiveness against agreed SLAs and KPIs and providing insight to the team and the organisations stake holders on what is required to improve operations. Develop and seek to improve the HR technology stack looking for innovation opportunities where possible e.g. HR Dashboards, HR Chatbots, RPA and AI tools. Work with Audit teams internally and externally to ensure adherence to process/data standards but also in line with relevant legal and compliance requirements Key Focus Areas Drive all internal and external HR related matters of the Plant. Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and intern program. Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs. Perform orientations and update records of new staff. Determine, Prepare, implement, monitor, review and evaluate human resource management strategies, policies and procedures to meet business needs. Consult with line management and provide HR guidance when appropriate. Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with Managers. Implement effective and purposeful training methods. Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met. Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
