Job Description

Lead the annual budget plan and long-range planning processes.
Drive rolling forecasts and scenario planning for business units.
Analyze key trends, variance drivers, KPIs, and business assumptions.
Partner with functional leaders to translate operating assumptions into financial outcomes.
Prepare monthly and quarterly performance dashboards, financial scorecards, and MIS reports.
Evaluate P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow drivers, highlighting risks and opportunities.
Conduct cost analysis, margin improvement studies, and productivity analysis, and lead profitability analysis by product, customer, geography, and business segment.
Support strategic projects such as capex evaluation, pricing decisions, cost optimization, and investment analysis, developing financial models for scenario planning, new initiatives, and business cases.
Provide insights to leadership on financial trends, business risks, and industry benchmarks, leading financial reporting and management reporting processes, including timely and accurate reports for senior management and board committees.
Develop dashboards and use visualizations to present financial results and KPIs to senior management, providing clear and concise commentary and insights to support business performance discussions and decisions.
Strengthen FP&A frameworks, policies, and internal controls, working closely with CXOs, Business Heads, Operations, and Project teams, presenting analysis and insights to senior management, board committees, and investors, and coordinating cross-functional alignment on financial targets and performance outlook.
