Job Description

As a DGM - BD (Power Services) in the Field Services team at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving consultative selling of cooling solutions for end users. Your strong technical background in electrical products and critical power systems will be essential in delivering tailored solutions and addressing customer pain points. Here are the key responsibilities: - Design tailored cooling solutions for end users through the FS core sales force. - Develop segment-specific strategies considering climatic conditions and customer needs. - Identify customer pain points and recommend technical solutions. - Provide support to the national sales team through customer training, technical presentations, and solution design. - Select appropriate offers based on customer business nature and market dynamics. - Maintain strong market awareness including competitor landscape, pricing, and trends. - Analyze business potential and align offers to strategic customer segments. Key Interactions: - Internal: Services, Sales, Tendering, Execution teams - External: End-User Customers In addition to the key responsibilities, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering. - 8-14 years of experience in services and technical sales.
