Site Reliability Engineer (SRE)

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure

  system reliability and performance

  through proactive monitoring and incident response.
• Develop

  automation scripts and tools

  for deployments, scaling, and monitoring.
• Lead

  incident management

  and post-incident reviews.
• Design and maintain

  monitoring and logging

  solutions.
• Build/manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  for reliable software delivery.
• Conduct

  capacity planning

  and ensure scalability.
• Collaborate with teams to promote best practices.
• Apply

  security best practices

  and ensure compliance.
• Maintain clear

  documentation

  of systems and processes.

• Mentor junior engineers

  and guide tool evaluation.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years

  in SRE, DevOps, or related fields.
• Proficient in

  Python, Bash, or Perl

  ; tools like

  Ansible, Terraform, Puppet

  .
• Hands-on with

  AWS, Azure, GCP

  , and container tech like

  Docker/Kubernetes

  .
• Familiar with tools like

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk

• Skilled in
