DevOps SRE

Role Overview: You will be working with Application teams and developers to enhance coordination among operations, development, and testing functions by automating and streamlining integration and deployment processes. Key Responsibilities: - Align and focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) of technology in applications. - Plan and Execute the DevOps pipeline supporting the application life cycle across the DevOps toolchain. - Manage the IT infrastructure as required by the supported software code. - On-board an application on the DevOps tool and configure it according to client needs. - Create user access workflows and provide user access following the defined process. - Build and engineer the DevOps tool as per the client's customization suggestions. - Collaborate with development staff to address the coding and scripting required to connect code elements for software release with operating systems and production infrastructure. - Utilize tools to automate testing & deployment in a Dev-Ops environment. - Provide customer support/service on the DevOps tools. - Provide timely support to internal & external customers on multiple platforms. - Address and resolve tickets raised on these tools within a specified TAT. - Ensure satisfactory resolution with customer satisfaction. - Follow escalation matrix/process when a resolution is complicated or unresolved. - Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of critical/repeatable issues.
