Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate closely with platform specialists to understand business and user requirements.
Prepare detailed
technical documentation
, including system design and data flow diagrams.
Analyze business needs and ensure the
designed solution
aligns with functional objectives.
Develop and document complete
system design specifications
for developers and IT teams.
Conduct
proof of concepts (POC)
and support testing, integration, and deployment phases.
Troubleshoot and resolve logic or data issues while maintaining clear documentation.
Support
production environments
, ensuring stability and compliance with defined SLAs.
Assist with
implementation, post-deployment reviews,
and ongoing system maintenance.

Preferred candidate profile

Proficiency in
Spanish and English
(written and spoken).
Hands-on experience with
DevOps processes, automation tools, and platform engineering
practices.
Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global, collaborative environment.
