DevOps Manager

As a Technical DevOps Engineering Manager at Biz2x, your role involves facilitating various sprint ceremonies like daily standups, sprint planning, sprint retrospective, release retrospective, aligning the team for sprint goals, grooming sessions, and sprint demos. You will also be responsible for implementing fully automated Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Deployment pipelines, and DevOps processes for Agile projects. Key Responsibilities: - Orchestrating, leading, and executing multiple projects utilizing standard agile methodologies and tools. - Leading a team of 8-10 people and focusing on their growth path. - Driving the development of a reusable terraform-based cloud platform for different cloud providers like GCP, AWS, Azure. - Supporting the Head of IT Operations in setting up a cloud center of excellence and FinOps best practices across the organization. - Maintaining Burn down charts, Velocity Chart using JIRA and Confluence for documentation. - Driving the adoption of DevOps best practices across different projects in the organization. - Tracking Service Incidents/Problem tickets and documenting RCA for cloud infrastructure incidents. - Serving as the point of contact for external communications (e.g., from customers or stakeholders). - Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
