DevOps Lead

Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineer, you will define and implement DevOps strategies that are closely aligned with the business goals. Your primary responsibility will be to lead cross-functional teams in order to enhance collaboration among development, QA, and operations teams. This involves designing, implementing, and managing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes, thereby accelerating release cycles. Key Responsibilities: - Lead cross-functional teams to enhance collaboration among development, QA, and operations teams - Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes - Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible - Manage cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Monitor and mitigate security risks in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure - Set up observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog - Implement proactive alerting and incident response processes - Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) during incident response efforts - Document DevOps processes, best practices, and system architectures - Evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies - Foster a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the organization Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field - Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar role - Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and methodologies - Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible - Experience managing cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Strong understanding of security risks in CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure - Familiarity with observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, Datadog - Ability to lead incident response efforts and conduct root cause analysis - Excellent documentation skills for DevOps processes and system architectures - Ability to evaluate and implement new DevOps tools and technologies - Strong communication and collaboration skills to promote learning and knowledge sharing within the organization,
