• StrykeX – AI-powered Algo Trading Builder, Marketplace & Automation Engine

We handle high-frequency workloads, live socket data, large AWS deployments, algo executions, and real-time trading systems.

Role Overview

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to manage, secure, and scale our complete infrastructure across Stryke & StrykeX.
You will work on AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD, monitoring systems, and high-availability trading environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cloud Infrastructure (AWS)

• Manage EC2, RDS (Aurora Serverless), MongoDB Atlas, S3, CloudFront
• Configure VPC, NAT gateways, Route53, security groups, IAM
• Infrastructure cost optimisation + autoscaling

2. Kubernetes & Docker

• Deploy microservices on AWS EKS
• Manage pods, deployments, ingress, node groups
• Implement autoscaling (HPA / KEDA)
• Build and optimize Docker containers

3. CI/CD & Release Automation

• Build and maintain pipelines (GitHub Actions / GitLab / Jenkins)
• Rolling & zero-downtime deployments
• Automate backend, socket, scheduler & worker deployments

4. Monitoring & Observability

• Setup Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK
• Handle alerting, dashboards, uptime monitoring
• Debug latency, RDS ACU spikes, memory leaks

5. Databases & Storage

• Experience with PostgreSQL Aurora & MongoDB Atlas
• Backup/restore, snapshots, PITR
• Query performance tuning

6. Security & Compliance

• IAM, SSL, VPN, WAF, secrets management
• S3 hardening, environment variable security
• Understanding of fintech-grade security

7. Disaster Recovery & Reliability

• Plan and test DR strategies
• Handle outages, corrupted volumes, faulty deployments
• Create runbooks and SRE discipline

8. Collaboration & Documentation

• Work with backend, frontend & product teams
• Maintain deployment SOPs, infra docs
• Manage weekly release cycles

Required Skills

• AWS (EC2, VPC, S3, CloudFront, RDS, IAM)
• Kubernetes (EKS preferred)
• Docker & container orchestration
• CI/CD pipeline development
• Linux administration & shell scripting
• PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Monitoring tools (Prometheus/Grafana/Loki)
• Strong troubleshooting skills

Preferred Skills

• Terraform or Infrastructure-as-Code
• Redis / Kafka experience
• WebSocket scaling
• Python automation
• Experience in fintech or algo-trading systems

Soft Skills

• Ownership & accountability
• Strong problem-solving
• Ability to work under pressure on market days
• Clear communication & documentation
