DevOps Engineer

Position: DevOps Engineer
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
Type: Full-Time
Salary: 4 - 6 LPA

Overview We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to manage and optimize our server infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in system administration, cloud platforms, automation, and CI/CD practices to ensure secure, scalable, and high-performing environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage provisioning, configuration, and scaling of on-premise and cloud servers
• Automate infrastructure using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable and efficient deployments
• Monitor server health and optimize performance and cost-efficiency
• Implement security protocols, access controls, and firewall configurations
• Develop and maintain backup and disaster recovery strategies
• Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to streamline workflows
• Administer version control systems, primarily Git
• Maintain clear documentation for configurations and deployment procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or cloud infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proficiency in automation tools like Ansible, Chef, Puppet, or Terraform
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Ruby
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
• Knowledge of monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or New Relic
• Understanding of networking protocols and system security best practices

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Azure DevOps Solutions Expert (preferred)
