Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science,Information Technology or related fields Familiarity with scripting -Shell (Bash), PowerShell, Python Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitorperformance Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairingthem Ability to keep up with innovation in application design Exceptional communication skills Bachelor s degree or higher in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related fields Familiarity with scripting -Shell (Bash), PowerShell, Python Demonstrable experience as an application support engineer in a related field Ability to manage code migration, document configuration changes, and monitor performance Advanced proficiency in determining the causes of application errors and repairing them Ability to keep up with innovation in application design Exceptional communication skills Responsibilities: Providing technical support to teams within the organisation, and to external clientswhen required Assisting with systems integrations Managing ticketed query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queriesand resolutions is kept up to date Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures Identifying and resolving technical issues Managing coordination at a local and international level where required Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organisation ssystems Experience working on Linux based infrastructure
