Job Description

About the Role:

We’re looking for a DevOps Lead to architect, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure, robust CI/CD pipelines, and secure deployment systems. You’ll lead the DevOps function, working closely with engineering and AI teams to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability across all AI-driven products.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the DevOps team, establishing best practices and operational standards

Architect and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI

Design and manage Kubernetes-based container orchestration and Docker deployments

Build and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure with cost and performance optimization

Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration with Terraform and Ansible

Set up and manage observability stacks using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.

Ensure uptime, scalability, and performance of critical services and environments

Administer web servers (Nginx, Apache) and enforce server and network-level security

Implement DevSecOps practices including secrets management, access controls, and compliance checks

Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues

Requirements:

4+ years of DevOps or SRE experience, with at least 1–2 years in a lead or architectural role

Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes)

Strong experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure

Proficient in Linux server administration and infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, Ansible)

Solid understanding of Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket)

Experience with monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience

Certifications like AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, CKA/CKAD, or relevant cloud/k8s credentials

Experience in AI/ML infrastructure, GPU cluster setup, or MLOps tooling (optional but a big plus)
