Responsibilities:

• Share knowledge and understanding.
• Help to develop the individual’s technical skills, which is a prerequisite for growth.
• Share effective and efficient techniques for learners with real time hands-on.
• Detecting common skills shortages and creating a training plan to address these.
• Scheduling follow-ups to gauge your students' progress.
• Prepares training materials and sessions, in groups or individually.
• Reports data on completed courses, issues, and absences.
• Determines overall effectiveness of programs and training by listening to feedback and making improvements as necessary.
• Providing various weekly assignments, and tasks to learners and evaluating them regularly.
• Provide for two-way communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Min 2 to 8+ years of experience in relevance.
• Programming and Logic Building Skills
• Developing new test scripts for the application
• Advanced knowledge of programming languages such as Python and Java, and writing code and scripts.
• Base knowledge with cloud platform openshift.
• Building CI/CD pipelines and integrating automation scripts into CI tools.
• Base understanding of Dockers, Containers, etc
• Hands-on experience in integrating scripts in tools like Jenkins, VMWare, Ansible, etc
• Understanding the business requirements, application, and its components.
• Prior experience with microservice and serverles.
• Involved in knowledge transfer to the newly recruited personnel.
• Ability to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform debugging and Summary reports.
• Clear knowledge of code versioning tools(Git, Github).
• Advanced experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, etc[***]
• Certified on AWS Foundation/Associate/Professional/Speciality[***]
• Prior experience as mentor/trainer[***]
