about DevOps Engineer role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Azure DevOps Engineer with a strong focus on Kubernetes to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our DevOps team, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, with a specific emphasis on Kubernetes orchestration for containerized applications. If you are passionate about automation, cloud technologies, and have a proven track record in deploying and managing applications on Kubernetes, we want to hear from you.

responsibilities

Some key responsibilities include:

Azure DevOps Implementation:

Utilize Azure DevOps tools and services to design, configure, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for diverse software applications.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to enhance and automate the deployment process.

Kubernetes Expertise:

Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
Deploy and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes best practices.
Troubleshoot and optimize Kubernetes environments for performance, reliability, and security.

CI/CD Automation:

Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration, testing, and deployment.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles to automate the provisioning of infrastructure components.

Infrastructure Management:

Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure the seamless integration of Kubernetes with other cloud services and resources.
Monitor and manage the health, performance, and scalability of Kubernetes infrastructure.

Security and Compliance:

Implement security best practices for Kubernetes environments.
Ensure compliance with organizational and industry security standards.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing:

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for CI/CD processes, Kubernetes configurations, and infrastructure architecture.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented culture.

the ideal candidate

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as an Azure DevOps Engineer with a focus on Kubernetes for at least 2 years.
Strong proficiency in Azure DevOps Services and tools.
In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform).
Solid scripting and automation skills using languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
