DevOps Engineer (CI/CD – GitHub)

Mandatory Skills

• 3+ years of experience building CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Actions and YAML workflows.
• Proficiency in Linux administration.
• Expertise in Docker and Kubernetes (containerization & orchestration).
• Scripting experience in Python, PowerShell, and Linux shell.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and Ansible (Infrastructure as Code).
• Good knowledge of AWS Cloud platform.
• Strong understanding of Git version control.
  

Good-to-Have

• Experience deploying applications in Ruby, Java, Go, and Python.
• Exposure to containerized application deployments in diverse environments.
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as a DevOps CI/CD Software Release Engineer for Trane Home, Trane Diagnostics, and IoT Pipeline products.
• Develop, manage, and support CI/CD pipelines within the GitHub Actions ecosystem.
• Build and maintain artifact repositories for Ruby, Java, Python, Go, and Docker.
• Automate deployment, testing, and release management processes.
• Implement security controls into pipelines to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to build confidence in software delivery processes.
• Drive change management and provide training on cybersecurity remediation techniques, including static code analysis.
