DevOps Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated DevOps Engineer with hands-on experience in ETL tools, DevOps practices, SQL, Python, and AWS. The ideal candidate will be responsible for automating workflows, supporting data pipelines, and ensuring system reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation.
• Work with ETL tools to build, schedule, and monitor data workflows.
• Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
• Develop Python scripts for automation and integration.
• Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure using AWS services.
• Collaborate with development and data teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in DevOps or Data Engineering roles.
• Practical knowledge of at least one ETL tool (e.g., Apache NiFi, Talend, Informatica, Airflow, etc.).
• Strong command over SQL and Python.
• Experience with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar.
• Understanding of version control systems like Git.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: Up to ₹500,000.00 per year

• T Nagar, Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
