DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, improving system reliability, and fostering a DevOps culture across development and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI).
• Automate infrastructure provisioning using IaC tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
• Manage cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and scalability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies.
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to improve deployment workflows.
• Maintain and improve containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, etc.).
• Implement security best practices in infrastructure and deployments.
• Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and system recovery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or related roles.
• Proficient with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo).
• Strong experience in scripting languages (Bash, Python, or Go).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible).
• Good understanding of Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and services (EC2, S3, EKS, Lambda, etc.).
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog).
• Knowledge of version control systems (Git, GitHub/GitLab).
• Understanding of network and system security principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS/GCP/Azure certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
• Experience with serverless architecture.
• Exposure to agile/scrum methodologies.
