Job Title: Development Project Manager (Microsoft .NET Ecosystem Specialist)

Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee full software development lifecycle of enterprise applications using Microsoft technologies (.NET Framework, .NET Core, .NET 5 & 6).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute, and monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and DevOps to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Manage project risks, issues, and change requests, providing timely resolutions.
• Ensure best practices in application development, code quality, and documentation.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum methodologies, conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Ensure the integration of front-end technologies such as Angular, ReactJS, and Node.js with back-end systems.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement in development and deployment processes using tools like Azure DevOps, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, and Confluence.
• Monitor and maintain high standards for application security, performance, and scalability.
• Stay updated with new trends and technologies in the Microsoft .NET ecosystem and related tools.

Technical Skills & Expertise:

• Programming & Frameworks:

  C#, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Core Web API, WCF, Entity Framework, LINQ, Web API.

• Front-End Technologies:

  Angular, ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, HTML.

• Databases:

  MS SQL Server (2005, 2008, 2014, 2016), Oracle (10g, 11g), T-SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, Triggers, Views.

• Platforms & Cloud:

  Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Power Platforms, Dynamics 365.

• Messaging & Middleware:

  RabbitMQ.

• Version Control & CI/CD Tools:

  Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.

• Other Technologies:

  Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), ASP.NET MVC 4.0, Power BI.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in software development with a strong background in the .NET ecosystem.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional development teams and projects.
• Excellent understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Certification in PMP, Scrum, or Azure DevOps is a plus.
