Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Development Manager - Health Agency located in Jammu. The Development Manager will be responsible for managing and developing a network of health insurance agents in the assigned region. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and training new agents, overseeing sales targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The role also involves building strong relationships with agents and clients, conducting market analysis, and implementing strategic plans to enhance business growth.

• Experience in the insurance industry, particularly health insurance, is a plus
