About the Role:

Development Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement engineering solutions for products, systems, or processes.
  
• Analyze technical requirements and translate them into detailed specifications.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies, prototyping, and testing of new concepts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in design, development, or manufacturing.
  
• Optimize designs, processes, and systems for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.
  
• Document engineering processes, designs, test results, and technical procedures.
  
• Support product lifecycle management from concept through production and maintenance.

Preferred:

• Experience with product design, prototyping, and testing methodologies.
  
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulatory compliance (ISO, Six Sigma).
  
• Exposure to software development, automation, or embedded systems (if applicable).
  
• Familiarity with Agile or Lean engineering methodologies.
  
• Professional certifications in engineering, project management, or process improvement.
