Monitor the health and performance of payment applications daily
Perform Level 2/3 support, manage incidents, and coordinate with vendors where needed
Handle incident, change and problem management following the Banks best practices and adhering to the defined SLAs
Keep all support-related documents and runbooks for the applications up to date
Coordinate deployments and releases using Git and Azure DevOps
Perform RTB and CTB tasks for the vendor based and in-house developed applications
Hands-on experience with Node.js, TypeScript, Express.js
Swagger/Open API for API documentation
PostgreSQL knowledge
Experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF) orchestration
Familiarity with containerized environments and Kubernetes
