Job Title/ Skill - Workday Developer (Talent, Performance and Recruitment)

Experience: 5 - 7 years

Location: Hyderabad/ Bangalore



Required Skills:


  • Configuration support for at least 2 clients handled on AMS support / enhancements model for HCM Core
  • Workday Time & Absence, Reports, Workday Security, Workday Docs, Smart Recruiters
  • Also has experience in Talent & Performance, Benefits
  • Experience in Business Process setup
  • General knowledge of at least 2-3 Workday functional areas
  • Good understanding of Workday Security
  • Ability to configure and test functional changes to Workday modules
  • Ability to gather & analyze requirements, collaborate with business, and configure new Workday features
  • Good written & oral communication skills & strong team player
