Developer Relations Engineer

Role Overview: As a full-time Devrel, you will leverage your deep technical knowledge across AI, Cloud, and Software Development to evaluate a wide variety of innovative prototypes and solutions. You will assess technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects of submitted ideas or working solutions. Providing clear, actionable feedback to teams and participants to refine their solutions will be a key responsibility. Additionally, you will contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks, stay updated on emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, evaluators, and innovation leaders. Supporting in building reports and dashboards to track trends, innovations, and participant progress across challenges is also part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate a wide variety of innovative prototypes and solutions - Assess technical feasibility, architecture, scalability, performance, and security aspects - Provide clear, actionable feedback to teams and participants - Contribute to the creation of evaluation rubrics and scoring frameworks - Stay updated on emerging technologies in AI, LLMs, agentic systems, cloud-native apps, DevOps, and software engineering - Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, evaluators, and innovation leaders - Support in building reports and dashboards to track trends, innovations, and participant progress across challenges Qualification Required: - Strong technical background (B.Tech/M.Tech or equivalent in Computer Science, IT, or related fields) - Ability to assess a wide variety of prototypes ranging from ML models to web/mobile applications and cloud-native platforms - Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and basic data visualization/reporting tools - Excellent communication and documentation skills to articulate technical insights and feedback Additional Company Details: The company values experience with GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, or other agentic/LLM-driven frameworks.
