As a software developer at our organization, your role will involve designing, developing, and enhancing software using various engineering methodologies to provide business, platform, and technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deliver high-quality software solutions using industry-aligned programming languages, frameworks, and tools to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization of code. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and ensure seamless integration with business objectives. - Participate in code reviews, promote a culture of code quality, and knowledge sharing among peers. - Stay updated on industry technology trends, contribute to the organization's technology communities, and foster a culture of technical excellence and growth. - Adhere to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and deliver secure software solutions. - Implement effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
