As a Solution Manager, you'll dive deep into Nokia Core Network Integration, bringing expertise that shapes global connectivity. Youll lead presales efforts across a worldwide customer base, craft competitive solution strategies, and drive high-value engagements. You have: Bachelor's or Master's in Electronics / Computer or Equivalent degree with 10+ years of experience in E2E solutions, services for turnkey projects, and understanding of the presales/delivery lifecycle Technical knowledge of 5G, 4G core networks, Edge solutions, Automation & AI areas Strong grasp of the presales and delivery lifecycle, with a proven track record in driving innovation and automation across processes and tools It would be nice if you also had : Knowledge of telecom-related security and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO/IEC 27001) Certifications in architecture or project management frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, SAFe) Experience with AI/ML use cases in telecom areas (e.g., predictive maintenance, network optimization) Prepare and review key service deliverables, including solution costs, technical designs, and documentation. Serve as a technical consultant with expertise in Nokia Core Network Integration. Lead presales activities for the Nokia Core Networks portfolio across a global customer base. Guide and support a high-performing team of solution architects specializing in Core Network solutions. Collaborate on cross-regional business solutions to ensure cohesive and scalable outcomes. Define and implement competitive solution strategies tailored to customer requirements. Own and manage seamless handovers between business groups for lead and support solutions. Proactively lead end-to-end solution development, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and completeness.
