We are looking for a Python Developer with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in building scalable APIs, microservices, and backend systems using Python, Flask, and related technologies. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality software in a collaborative environment.

Key skills

• Develop and maintain backend services using Python with frameworks such as Flask

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices

• Work with Celery for distributed task queues and RabbitMQ, Redis for message brokering and caching

• Integrate and manage databases such as MongoDB and MySQL

• Perform end-to-end development including coding, unit testing, debugging, and documentation

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver features

• Use GitHub for version control and manage code repositories

• Implement automation for job monitoring, health checks, incident resolution, and service request fulfillment

• Support DevOps efforts including containerization using Docker

• Stay current with trends in backend and automation technologies

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in Python backend development

• Strong proficiency in Python, Flask, REST APIs, and microservices

• Experience with Celery, RabbitMQ, Redis

• Proficient in database systems like MongoDB and/or MySQL

• Familiar with GitHub for source control

• Solid understanding of Docker and basic DevOps principles

• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills

• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Passion for solving problems and learning new technologies
