About the Role

Are you passionate about creating scalable web applications and solving complex coding challenges? You will work closely with our tech team to design, develop, and deploy real-world applications while enhancing your technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Develop and maintain dynamic web applications using React (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Integrate applications with MongoDB and SQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
• Build responsive UIs using HTML, CSS, and modern libraries.
• Optimize backend services for performance, scalability, and security.

Collaboration & Problem Solving

• Work with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements.
• Collaborate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting sessions.
• Contribute ideas for system enhancements and process improvements.

Innovation & Research

• Explore and implement relevant libraries, frameworks, and APIs.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in full-stack development.
• Document technical specifications, code structures, and project progress.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+).
• Hands-on experience with React, Node.js, HTML5, CSS3.
• Good understanding of databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with backend concepts: REST APIs, authentication, data modeling.
• Knowledge of libraries and frameworks commonly used in React and Node ecosystems.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in a team, adapt quickly, and meet deadlines.
