As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to back-end web development, software development, programming, and object-oriented programming. While the role is based in Hyderabad, some work from home is acceptable. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement solutions for ServiceNow. - Move configuration and development changes from Dev to Test to Prod using SN update sets. - Develop small standalone SN tools and dashboards to support ITSM and Project Management workflows. - Create and configure workflows based on the business requirements and best practices. - Perform integration between ServiceNow and other customer business systems. - Create/ Manage all SN objects like Tables, Business rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI pages, UI macros, etc. - Experience in the development and delivery of training for end-users. - Experience in deploying and validating ServiceNow patches/updates and new versions of the platform.
