Job Description

Enter and update project/site data accurately in ERP/Excel/Company systems.
Maintain records of
purchase orders, vendor details, material inward/outward, billing, and project documentation
.
Assist engineers in preparing reports, BOQs, and technical documentation.
Verify data with source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with
project, purchase, and site teams
for timely updates.
Prepare MIS reports and share with management on a periodic basis.
