Role Description As the Destination Head of Ayodhya, you will be the strategic and operational leader responsible for driving the complete execution and growth of Tirth’s services in Ayodhya. You will oversee day-to-day operations, team management, vendor coordination, puja logistics, customer experience, and destination-specific expansion efforts. This is a high-impact leadership role suited for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and can blend cultural sensitivity with execution excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the entire Tirth destination team and operation in Ayodhya Supervise, Train and mentor on-ground teams including Puja Coordinators, Yatri Mitras, and support staff Ensure seamless delivery of all services including puja coordination, temple visits, yatri assistance, and event facilitation Collaborate with local stakeholders, temple authorities, purohits, and vendors to maintain strong partnerships Develop, Maintain and nurture strong B2B partnerships with Hotels/ Ashrams/ Guesthouse/ Homestays. , Travel partners, Tirth affiliates, Advertising partners etc. Drive customer satisfaction through service quality, punctuality, and cultural authenticity Optimize resource planning, team rosters, and operational workflows Monitor daily metrics (bookings, revenues, team productivity) and report to central leadership Implement SOPs and service protocols aligned with Tirth’s quality and cultural standards Resolve escalations promptly and ensure a positive pilgrim experience at all touchpoints Identify growth opportunities and contribute to product and service innovation tailored to Ayodhya Act as the face of Tirth.co in Ayodhya and represent the brand in external and community engagements Qualifications and Skills Qualification: MBA from a recognized institute (Operations / General Management preferred) 3–6 years of experience in operations, hospitality, spiritual tourism, or destination management Strong leadership, organizational, and execution skills Prior experience in team handling, on-ground logistics, and customer service Proficient in Hindi and English; local cultural familiarity with Ayodhya is a major plus Ability to manage multiple workflows under pressure while maintaining service sanctity Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRMs, dashboards, and booking systems Deep respect for spiritual traditions and an alignment with the mission of Tirth What you'll get Leadership role in India’s growing spiritual tourism tech space Opportunity to build and scale a spiritually significant destination Dynamic work culture with high autonomy and strong community impact Competitive compensation with performance-linked incentives Immersive and culturally enriching work environment in Ayodhya Compensation as per industry standards Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: operations, hospitality, tourism, or destination management: 3 years (Preferred) Location: Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh (Preferred) Work Location: In person
