We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (Desktop/Application Support)

details of the role are as follows:

Role: Desktop Lead

Experience : 5 Years Minimum.

Location: Pune

Company: Hitachi

Budget: Up to 12 LPA (Fixed)

 Key Responsibilities - Team Lead (Application / Desktop Support)

• Lead and supervise a 20+ member Application Support team across multiple locations.
• Provide mentorship, training, and career development to team members.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and innovative work environment.
• Manage rosters efficiently and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Define and implement best practices, processes, and workflows to enhance support efficiency.
• Track team performance using KPIs and KRIs to maintain high service quality.
• Oversee timely resolution of customer-reported issues and handle escalations for complex cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root cause analysis and permanent fixes.
• Act as the tertiary escalation point for high-priority situations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with clear and proactive communication.
• Prepare and present monthly governance decks showcasing operational performance and improvements.
