Desktop Support Executive

Job Title: Desktop Support Executive

Department: IT Support

Exp- Min 2 years experience in desktop support.

Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

 Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, software applications, and other peripherals.

 Install, configure, and maintain hardware components including CPUs, monitors,

keyboards, printers, and network devices.

 Install, update, and troubleshoot software applications and operating systems.

 Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues remotely or by visiting user

locations.

 Assist users with login and access issues for cloud services such as Zscaler and

other software.

 Manage IT assets including procurement coordination, tracking inventory, and

handling equipment lifecycle management.

 Maintain accurate records of support requests, issues resolved, and asset inventory.

 Collaborate with other IT teams and escalate complex technical issues when

necessary.

 Perform regular preventive maintenance and system health checks on desktops and peripherals.

 Occasionally visit other office locations to provide on-site support and assist with

hardware setup or troubleshooting.

 Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices related to

desktop support.

Requirements:

 Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred.

 Exp- Min 2 years experience in desktop support.

 Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, common software applications, and desktop hardware.

 Basic knowledge of networking concepts.

 Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 Flexibility to occasionally travel to other offices for on-site support.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
