Desktop Support Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities:

 Providing support to 500+ computer systems including desktops, laptops, and Printers.

 Responsible for the installation of operating system Win 10, Win 11 and MAC.

 Responsible for the installation of software’s like antivirus (Symantec, McAfee), DLP, Java, MSoffice

2016 & 2019, adobe reader, WinZip, WinRAR, VPN (Global Protect & Fortinet).

 Worked on non-compliance antivirus endpoints e.g. update signature

 Remote Management through RDP, Ultra viewer to solve Windows, Mac, and software issues.

 MS Outlook, configuration, management and troubleshooting, backup, and restore.

 Handling customer escalations and providing solutions for the same.

 Troubleshooting issues in the outlook (mail send receive issue, mail backup, archive) operating

system (slowness issue, BSOD) software and networking devices.

 Troubleshoot problems with Desktop and laptop drivers and hardware and OS configuration.

 Responsible for domain join and troubleshooting e.g. Trust Relationship error.

 Installation of a scanner, and printer from different vendors like HP, Cannon, and Ricoh and

troubleshooting the settings and configuration.

 Solve internet-related problems and configuration of basic TCP/IP settings.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
