Key Responsibilities:

Manage
User & Role Management, Software Categorization, and Audit Trail
for pharma manufacturing systems.
Provide assistance in compliance with
21 CFR Part 11
requirements.
Draft, review, and maintain
IT-related SOPs
for Manufacturing Automated Systems.
Manage
SOPs for CSAP, LabX QC systems, and User Management
.
Support and monitor
PLCs/SCADA systems
installed at site.
Provide
IT admin support
for Operating Systems (OS) of servers, desktops, and related infrastructure.
Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and adherence to pharma IT guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of
desktop support & IT infrastructure
within a pharma manufacturing environment.
Hands-on experience with
computerized system validation (CSV), audit trail review, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11)
.
Good understanding of pharma applications such as
LabX, CSAP, QC Systems
.
Familiarity with
automation systems (PLC, SCADA)
will be an advantage.
Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.

Qualification:

Graduate in IT / Computer Science / Electronics (B.Sc, BCA, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent).
