• Handle daily technical support activities on desktop support, data network and server management.
• Setup desktop computers and peripherals and test network connections.
• Train end users on usage of computer hardware and software.
• Setup computers and install software for various applications and programs.
• Interact with staff on desktop problems and their resolution.
• Order or buy IT equipments and liaise with purchase and vendor.
• Maintain computer peripheral devices like printers and resolve associated problems.
• Configure and Troubleshoot all hardware & networking related issues in company.
• Maintain overall IT infra of company including desktops, laptops, printers, camera, DVRs etc.
• Responsible for maintenance and support in all IT infra equipments.
• Collaborate with existing vendors to evaluate the new technology that is available and make recommendations to management on using that technology.
• Monitor the performance of the company’s desktop infrastructure and make suggestions for improving efficiency.
• Perform any other task as and when required by Management.
