Installing All Windows and Linux Operating Systems & troubleshooting of Day to day Basis Problems.
• Knowledge of windows installation & configuration(Active directory, Domain controller knowledge) • Install and troubleshoot networks, networking hardware devices and software. • Installation, Maintenance and configuration of Standalone/Network Printers. • Handling all hardware, system and network related issues. • Excellent technical knowledge of Desktop/Laptop hardware. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 2007, Office 2010 • CCTV Monitoring. • MS Outlook & similar email client configuration & troubleshooting. • Day to day activities of IT infra support team. • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications; • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; • Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports; • Supporting the roll-out of new applications; • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. • Responding within agreed time limits to all support calls. • Prioritizing and managing open cases • Installing & Maintaining Antivirus console and clients. • IT asset inventory Management.
