*Job Description:*

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Desktop Engineer to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of networking and hardware, with a diploma in Mechanical or Network Engineering. Freshers with the right qualifications and enthusiasm are encouraged to apply.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Desktop Support:* Provide technical support to users for hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices.

- *Hardware Troubleshooting:* Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues, including but not limited to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.

- *Networking:* Assist in setting up and maintaining local area networks (LAN), and ensure stable connectivity for all users.

- *System Installation:* Install, configure, and update operating systems and software applications as needed.

- *Maintenance:* Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and patches to ensure optimal performance.

- *Documentation:* Maintain records of issues, solutions, and other relevant information for future reference and reporting.

- *User Assistance:* Provide guidance and training to users on basic IT functions and troubleshooting steps.

*Key Requirements:*

- *Educational Qualification:* Graduate in Computer Engineering or Network Engineering.

- *Technical Skills:* Basic knowledge of networking, hardware components, and troubleshooting techniques.

- *Problem-Solving:* Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- *Communication Skills:* Good verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.

- *Adaptability:* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.

- *Availability:* Must be comfortable working 6 days a week.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,354.11 - ₹15,015.53 per month
