Desktop Support Engineer

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide

    onsite IT support

    for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot

    hardware & software issues

    for desktops, laptops, and printers.
  • Install, configure, and upgrade

    operating systems and applications

    .
  • Diagnose and resolve

    network connectivity issues

    (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN).
  • Provide support for

    email, cloud services, and enterprise applications

    .
  • Maintain

    asset inventory

    and ensure IT compliance at the client location.
  • Assist users with

    basic cybersecurity best practices

    and data security policies.
  • Work closely with

    IT teams & vendors

    for hardware replacements and upgrades.
  • Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Stay updated with

    emerging IT trends

    and suggest process improvements.
