Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform hardware and software troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Diagnose issues and replace faulty components as required.
  • Install, configure, and maintain system software and drivers.
  • Respond to service requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Proven experience in troubleshoot, test and analyze complex issues
  • Experience of handling customers from initial point to escalating to next level based on complexity of the issue.
  • Good knowledge of outlook & office 365.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 25 years of experience in hardware and software support for laptops, desktops, and printers.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple service requests effectively.
