Desktop Support Engineer

You are invited to participate in a walk-in interview scheduled for 7th August to 8th August for the position of L1 Support at our Noida location. As an L1 Support, you will need a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support. Your primary responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing system installations, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end-users. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will involve providing technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals, installing and maintaining operating systems and applications (Windows/Mac), troubleshooting network and connectivity issues, supporting end-users through remote tools or on-site assistance, maintaining asset inventory, and collaborating with IT teams on system upgrades and security protocols. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in desktop support or a similar role, possess strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking, be familiar with ticketing systems and remote desktop tools, demonstrate efficient diagnostic and problem-solving skills, and hold a relevant certification in ITIL.
