Desktop Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling daily technical support activities related to desktop support, data network, and server management. Your key responsibilities will include setting up desktop computers and peripherals, testing network connections, and installing and testing desktop software applications and internet browsers. It will be your duty to ensure the proper functioning of computer systems by testing computers regularly.
