### *Role Overview*

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated *Freshers / Entry-Level candidates* with a background in *B.Tech, BCA, Diploma in IT, or Networking certification*.

You will learn and support daily IT operations including troubleshooting, system installation, and customer site visits.

### *Key Responsibilities*

* Provide desktop and laptop support for users

* Install and configure Windows operating systems

* Diagnose and resolve RAM, hardware, LAN, and system performance issues

* Basic troubleshooting of printers, Wi-Fi, OS, drivers, and anti-virus

* Attend customer sites for *Field IT support* when required

* Maintain documentation and update issue logs

* Assist senior engineers in IT infrastructure activities

### *Required Skills & Qualifications*

* Education: *B.Tech / BCA / IT Diploma / Networking Certification*

* Experience: *0–1 year (Freshers welcome)*

* Knowledge of:

* Windows installation & formatting

* Hardware troubleshooting (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)

* Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/IP)

* Good communication skills and willingness to learn

* Ability to travel locally for field support

* Positive attitude, punctuality, and client-handling skills

### *Internship Stipend & Growth*

* *Stipend:* ₹7,000 to ₹11,000 per month

* *Full-Time Opportunity:* Successful interns will be absorbed into a permanent role with salary revision
