Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level and second-level support for IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and IT hardware
Monitor and troubleshoot network, system, and connectivity issues
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution and maintenance activities
Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and adherence to service-level agreements
Perform regular system checks, updates, and preventive maintenance
Maintain documentation related to IT assets, incidents, and support activities
Support users across shifts and be available to work in rotational or night shifts as required

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum graduation in any discipline
Diploma or certification in IT, networking, or related fields preferred
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure or technical support roles
Age between 26 to 30 years
