Job Description

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. Your tasks will include configuring new employee accounts on the company's Active Directory, setting up Outlook email clients, performing Windows installation, configuration, and maintenance tasks as needed. Additionally, you will troubleshoot printer issues and perform basic networking tasks such as configuring LAN settings.
