Role & responsibilities

Summary:-

Responsible for managing the delivery and support of IT production systems and services. This role involves driving incident, issue, and outage management, performing investigations, and ensuring timely restoration of services to minimize business disruption.

Key Responsibilities:-

Provide desktop support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Monitor and manage IT production systems to ensure operational continuity.
Drive incident and outage management processes, including investigation and resolution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Maintain documentation related to incidents, changes, and service requests.
Support 24/7 shift
operations and ensure timely response to escalations.
