Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide

    L1 technical support

    for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot

    Windows OS

    , MS Office, and basic applications.
  • Handle

    password resets

    , user account issues, and basic Active Directory tasks.
  • Provide support for

    VPN

    , email clients (Outlook), and basic network connectivity issues.
  • Install and update

    antivirus

    , ensure system compliance and patching status.
  • Troubleshoot

    LAN, Wi-Fi, IP configuration

    , and basic network-related problems.
  • Handle

    IT asset management

    , tagging, and inventory updates.
  • Log and resolve tickets in

    ITSM tools

    (ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy, etc.).
  • Provide

    remote support

    for users (using tools like AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP).
  • Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex incidents and escalations.
  • Assist in

    new user onboarding

    , system setup, and configuration.
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and daily activity logs.
