Job Description

  • Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system in a timely and professional manner.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop/laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Provide support for Microsoft Office 365, Windows OS, and other business applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support or vendors when necessary.
  • Document issues, solutions, and procedures in the help desk knowledge base.
  • Assist with onboarding/offboarding of employees, including IT setup and access.
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure proper tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols.
