Job Summary:

  • Provide first and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
  • Manage and support MDM tools for mobile and endpoint devices.
  • Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices for end-user systems.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems and applications.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in Active Directory or similar tools.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to resolve escalated issues efficiently.
  • Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and configurations.
