Role: L2 Engineer

Location: Hyderabad Airport

Experience: 4+ years

Education: B.E/ Btech

Salary: 4 to 5 LPA

JD:

Troubleshoot and narrow down issues related to application problems
Coordinate with respective functional teams for resolution
Escalate to manager as per the guidelines
Create and share necessary documents for issue resolution (e.g., update records, checklists)
Perform:
Software upgrades
Performance tuning
SLA management
Audit and security compliances
Fix application-related issues
Escalate to senior management and support teams when needed
Handle
DYCIMP
-related compliances
Collaborate with team members to understand their needs and provide guidance
Coordinate with other IT teams for service requests and operations support
Work with stakeholders for resolution
